Deze AOR CT-8200 quelch en search slotcard is een optionele CTCSS-sleufkaart voor de AOR AR8200 scanner waarmee je kunt zoeken naar 50 CTCSS-tonen op de huidige ontvangstfrequentie en daarbij een specifieke CTCSS-toon opslaan in elke VFO, elke zoekbank en elk geheugen kanaal afzonderlijk. CTCSS wordt gebruikt door veel amateurband repeaters, openbare (nuts)bedrijven en particuliere mobiele radiodiensten waar gedeelde bronnen worden gebruikt. CTCSS zorgt ervoor dat operators alleen communictaieverkeer horen dta voor hen bestemd is.

The AOR CT8200 is an optional CTCSS slot card for the AOR AR8200. With this AOR CT8200 squelch and search slotcard are you able to search for 50 CTCSS tones on the AOR AR8200 scanner wich may be in use on the current receive frequentie and to save a specific CTCSS tone (from the 50 tones available) into each VFO, each search bank and every memory channel individually. CTCSS is used by many amateur band repeaters, public utilities and private mobile radio services where shared resources are used, CTCSS ensures that operators only hear traffic intended for them.
